By accessing or using Daav3.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DAAV3 ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that the use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
To access gameplay, you must create an account using a valid email address and display name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Platform is entirely free to play. No payment, deposit, or subscription is required to participate in any game or feature. Upon registration, each player receives 50,000 Ⓥ vault tokens at no cost. Additional tokens can be earned through gameplay, social sharing, and referrals.
The Platform operates a dual token system. In-game vault tokens (Ⓥ) are non-monetary virtual tokens used exclusively for gameplay, reputation tracking, and vault-leveling within the Platform. DAAV3 (BEP-20) is a utility token on BNB Smart Chain that is separate from in-game vault tokens. Vault tokens can be converted to DAAV3 (BEP-20) at a fixed rate of 10 vault tokens to 1 DAAV3. DAAV3 (BEP-20) tokens are tradeable on decentralized exchanges such as PancakeSwap.
DAAV3 (BEP-20) is a utility token and not a security, investment product, or financial instrument. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of funds. Token prices are determined by market supply and demand on decentralized exchanges. We do not guarantee any value, return, or liquidity for DAAV3 tokens. You should conduct your own research and consult a financial advisor before trading any digital assets. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.
You agree not to: use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (multi-accounting); collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes; use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games; exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform; harass, abuse, or threaten other players; attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform's systems; use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we determine that your activity poses a risk to the Platform or other users. In the event of termination, you may forfeit any accumulated vault tokens.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to game design, graphics, user interface, logos, text, software, and audiovisual elements — is the property of DAAV3 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, decentralized exchanges, or blockchain explorers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of tokens, loss of data, or interruption of service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DAAV3, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
