Daav3 ("we", "us", "our") operates the website daav3.com and provides online card games including Teen Patti and Jandu. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Account Information: When you sign up or log in, we collect your display name and user ID. If you log in via Facebook, we receive your public profile name, email address (if provided), and profile picture from Facebook. We do not access your Facebook friends list, posts, or any other private data.
Game Data: We store your in-game wallet balance, transaction history (bets, winnings), and game history to provide a seamless gaming experience.
Technical Data: We may collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and performance monitoring. This data is not linked to your personal identity.
We use the collected information solely to provide and improve our gaming service, maintain your account and wallet balance, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate important updates about the service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only used within Daav3 for the purposes described above. Other players can only see your display name and avatar during gameplay.

We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Game history may be retained in anonymized form for analytics.
You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and withdraw consent for Facebook login at any time by removing the Daav3 app from your Facebook settings.
If you log in with Facebook, we only access your public profile and email. You can revoke Daav3's access at any time by visiting your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → removing "daav3". Upon revocation, we will delete your Facebook-linked data as described in our Data Deletion Policy.
We use local storage (similar to cookies) only to keep you logged in between sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
Daav3 is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
