How to Delete Your Data

If you wish to delete your Daav3 account and all associated data, you have two options:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to support@daav3.com from the email associated with your account with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include your Daav3 display name or user ID. We will process your request and delete all your data within 30 days.

Option 2: Remove Facebook App Access

If you logged in with Facebook, you can revoke access and request deletion:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings
  3. Click Apps and Websites in the left menu
  4. Find "daav3" in the list of active apps
  5. Click Remove and check the box to delete all data

When you remove the app from Facebook, Facebook will notify us and we will delete your data within 30 days.

What Data Gets Deleted

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove your account profile (name, email, avatar, Facebook ID), wallet balance, transaction history, and game session data. Anonymized, aggregated game statistics may be retained as they cannot be linked back to you.

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation to your email address (if available). If you log in again after deletion, a new account will be created with default starting balance.
